Who is it for?

Crafty Creations is a wonderful group of ladies who come together for lots of laughter, chatter and fellowship while learning new craft skills. Are you looking to meet other women, to make new friends, to be creative? Try Crafty Creations

You can try new organised crafts with the group or you can bring your own craft project or share craft ideas with others. Our aim is to provide a time when ladies can get together in a relaxed environment and enjoy fun and fellowship together.

Come, sit, chat, laugh, and enjoy the company!

Lydia (a seller of purple cloth) was at a ladies prayer meeting where the disciples came and shared the Gospel, then she became a Christian. Lydia was in a place where she could hear of and experience the love of Christ. We are trusting that God will use Crafty Creations in the same way.

There is also a Craft Night held once a year, but hoping to increase that to once a quarter. This allows women who work to also come and enjoy the craft and fellowship.

Who is it for?

Breathe is a small group program for women of all ages and stages of life and faith. As busy women we often find it difficult to find the space and time to concentrate on the things of God, without being distracted by children or other responsibilities. Breathe provides that time and space to focus on God through studying His word and coming together in prayer - things that are as essential to life as breathing. Download the Breathe brochure.

This term Breathe is taking part in the church-wide Thrive series. Download the flyer.

WDBC Girls Getaway
teaching - 2008
Girls' Getaway is a yearly weekend retreat for the women of Wodonga District Baptist Church, and their friends, to come together and share opportunities for fellowship, hearing from God's word, fun and relaxation in deeper and more meaningful ways.

This year our guest speaker is Jo Jarlett who co-ordinates the Women's Ministry of the Baptist Union of Victoria. Jo will be speaking on Passion for Life. She is passionate about women and encouraging them to live their lives fully for Christ. This year we are holding our Girls' Getaway at Porepunkah amidst the backdrop of the beautiful Buckland Valley and Mount Buffalo. All meals and activities are included in this price.

WDBC Girls Getaway
